With his signature prismatic rhythms and vocal thrums, Sun Glitters transforms the slow swell of "Outset" into a breathy mosaic — always squirming, always reaching, never settling. It clicks to a stop only to blossom, the edges of words smearing each other under an off-color haze. We don't know if it's sunrise or sunset, only that the light's changing fast.
