Today is the eighth instalment in our influencer series. We've teamed up with Wavo, the social network for music, to feature top 10 charts from artists and influencers from around the world.   Curators are chosen based on their unique impact on modern music and culture.

Don’t let the name fool you – over the past few years Lazy Rich has proven to be anything
but slacking.  Topping the Beatport charts on numerous occasions, the versatile producer
is known to dip his hand into a multitude of genres. From electro to progressive house,
Mr. Rich has #1s on Beatport, Trackitdown, Juno, The Buzz Chart and over a 100 tracks
charting in the Beatport electro top 100. He’s known to bring heavy electronic sets to
clublife around the world, while the ‘The Lazy Rich Show’, has become one of the most
listened to and influential electro house podcasts.  His electro-house imprint, Big Fish
Recordings, helped kick-start the careers of Porter Robinson, Zedd and Lucky Date.

His influencer chart is an eclectic mix of big-room progressive house and hard-hitting electro.
Rich included Michael Woods’ latest track, Wolfgang Gartner’s new banger, and Style
of Eye’s remix of Zedd’s anthem Clarity. Interestingly enough, he included one of
the biggest trance tracks of the season, a collaboration by Ummet Ozcan and W&W.
Dahlback does his usual damage on a remix of Rich’s newest original, while Bassjackers
and Dyro represent the Dutch contingent necessary in any collection of bangers.  Here's what Rich had to say:

“I’m really enjoying the blend of trance, prog and electro that’s going on
right now, some ridiculously epic tracks have been coming from the Dutch guys. I’m
a still a fan of my wobbles though, we’ve had some amazing releases on my label Big
Fish recently and the new track from Kairo Kingdom is going to absolutely kill it. John
Dahlback did a great job on the remix of my new track Insomnia on Rising that just
came out this week, and lastly, I love the direction Wolfgang has taken on his latest
track, his ability to hop between genres is incredible.” – Lazy Rich
