Coco Bryce – "One Love Holmes" feat. Emufucka [Premiere]

Dutch producer Coco Bryce is refreshing, living, breathing evidence that appending the prefix Dutch to electronic music doesn't always beget Dutch house. On March 25, his LP Club Tropicana will release on Fremdtunes, and his omnivorous musical interests are evident almost immediately on the 14-track effort. In a fashion not dissimilar to that of Fatima al-Qadiri, many of the tracks here feel like well-executed genre exercises. Some of these exercises are dance-floor friendly, others better suited to headphone listening, but across the spectrum they're enjoyable to take in. Isn't it nice when artistic exploration happens to be palatable and upbeat?

Below we have the premiere of "One Love Holmes" which brings in Japanese labelmate Emufucka for a blend of dirty south revival and mysticism.
