If you didn't know, this past Sunday was the Super Bowl and this young hot spitta promised to release a new project on that day, as the game was held in his hometown of New Orleans. I have always thought of Curren$y as one of the most consistent artists in the game as he always provides the industry with quality music. Whether it's an official album, mixtape, EP, or compilation, the Hot Spitta stays blessing us.
So Curren$y returns with his first release of 2013 called New Jet City. The 14-track freebie features Rick Ross, Trinidad Jame$, Wiz Khalifa, and Jadakiss atop beats from Harry Fraud, Lex Luger, Statik Selektah and others.
Curren$y is still hard at work on his next official studio album, Pilot Talk III, which follows the highly touted 2012 LP, The Stoned Immaculate. (Props to PLex)
