Jeff McIlwain, a.k.a. Lusine, is an abstract electronic music producer who relies on majestic, melodic flow to create the crystalline style commonly found in his tunes. He is quite fond of using female voices interwoven between layers to resonate a sensual and suave feeling. This is no different from his recent single teaser "Without A Plan", off of his upcoming album The Waiting Room which is to be released February 19 through Ghostly International. "Without A Plan" is an atmospheric type of song, with a modest, stumbling clarinet roaming in the background. The beat is on coast-mode while there are effects and synths pulsating in and out of the tune. It's a wonderful and relaxing song, though it does have a certain amount of energy that prevents you from nodding off.
