Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs – "Your Love" (Fake Blood Remix)

Just after the launch of his debut album Trouble (which I highly suggest you buy), young British talent Orlando Higginbottom known as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs/TEED picked a hot choice to remix his very first single “Your Love.” I have to say the original is perfect, it barely needs improvement, but Fake Blood is no ordinary remixer. His version brings us back to some of Theo Keating’s older beat skills. I personally think it has a strong melodic touch and dance structure, resembling gems like his Hot Chip ‘Don’t Touch Too Much’ remix he did back in 2008. Call me nostalgic, but I’d love to see him going straight to this style which is very different than his latest ‘Yes/No’ EP. Stayed tuned for the remix package of “Your Love” featuring Pearson Sound, Mark Knight, and Waze & Odyssey, out October 29th on Polydor.
