Last week we showcased the second part of Hardwell’s bootleg series, a mashup compilation of some of the most popular tracks and names currently in the electronic industry. Now, the emerging Dutch star has teamed up with the veteran Dutch duo Showtek (brothers Sjoerd and Wouter Janssen) on part two of their ‘Crazy Collabs’ series, releasing a track titled “How We Do.” Each of the artists’ respective styles definitely shine through: Hardwell’s big room influences come out in the catchy melody and overall multi-drop structure of the track; a slightly higher BPM and intense drum machine action on some of the drops highlight Showtek’s signature hard dance approach. Both artists are currently touring with Identity Festival, so check out idfestival.com for dates and tickets.
