This Californian band hasn't given us much to chew on for the past four years, but Slightly Stoopid has now sprung a new single off of their upcoming album Top of the World which will be out next month. The single "Top of the World", is far from disappointing. Still delivering with their energetic and skillful execution with hints of reggae/ska, they maintain their widely known style perfectly.
If there wasn't a band name to go with this track, you would probably guess Slightly Stoopid correctly. The tune is a great feel-good song that fits those hot summer days, much like a majority of their past tracks. There isn't that much else to add other than "Top of the World" is a wonderful track and any fan of Slightly Stoopid should be stoked for this impending album release.
It's a good day to be a Stoopidhead.
