For Mmoths, working on new material this year includes a remix of Vacationer's "Trip". In an interview with Rolling Stone, Kenny Vasoli, former front man of the punk pop band The Starting Line and head of Vacationer, the electro-pop band that recently came off tour with The Naked and Famous, shared his excitement over Mmoths' ability to take their track and make it his own. "I've been a fan of his remixes for quite some time and I really love that he was able to take the song to a completely new place… [he] nailed it," he said.
"Trip" is off Vacationer's debut album, Gone, which is available now. In addition to Mmoths' remix, three others will also be released next week on iTunes.
