After linking up with Big Boi for the former's raunchy single "She Said Okay", versatile globetrotting emcee Theophilus London has let loose an offering all his own. The Brooklynite's latest cut off his upcoming mixtape is leagues removed from his recent collab with Big Boi. "Golden" is a more laid back record which reveals a softer (less mannish) side of London as he dons his well-worn rap singer hat and croons throughout the melodic pop-friendly tune.
Fellow Brooklynite Twin Shadow's bright production provides a suitable backdrop for London's rough yet appealing vocals. Listen to the track below and look for London's Rose Island project, which is slated to be released next week.
