Big K.R.I.T. – "What U Mean" (Feat. Ludacris)

Oh what a treat it is when Big K.R.I.T. and Ludacris team up and drop an insane Southern rap banger. Remixing K.R.I.T.'s verse from "Glass House" off of Wiz Khalifa's Kush & OJ tape (which also featured Curren$y), the track features some hammering bass and a quick paced beat that is just incredible. This is a great sample from one of the best songs that was featured on one the better mixtapes released in 2010 (maybe even in the last five years). Listening to the track really brings back great memories.

Whenever Ludacris takes a break from making millions as an actor, and comes back to the rap game he really shows up to clarify why the South is best in hip hop over the other areas; as well as label-groups. "What U Mean" is a great summer song to blast in your whip with the windows down, and will appear on Big KRIT's first studio album, Live from the Underground.

The album will feature guest appearances from Southern legends such as 8 Ball & MJG, Bun B, and Devin The Dude to send a message to hip hop heads to not forget the trill rap game in the South. Check out the record and get ready for Live from the Underground, available June 5 via Def Jam.
