The accompanying video for Nas' heartfelt track "Daughters" serves as a fitting visual narrative of the veteran emcee's detailed autobiographical ode to fatherhood. Captured from the viewpoint of Nas' daughter Destiny, the video follows Nas' daughter from birth, adolescence and the ever-turbulent and formative teenage years.
The video captures the different stages of Destiny's life as well as her father's career as Nas raps and reflects on his shortcomings as a father and how his profession and lifestyle negatively impacted his parenting skills and the relationship with his daughter.
