Ab-Soul had released a track a month or two ago "Black Lip Bastard," one of his nicknames, and he really spits hard bars telling off the haters and showing who he really is. On the eve of the drop of his first album Control System, the remix has been released featuring the the rest of his labelmates and Black Hippy teammates Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, and Jay Rock. The hip-hop world has been awaiting a new Top Dawg release, especially another collaboration track between four artists who define what hip-hop music is. These four artists are equally as talented and Ab-Soul's record is surely going to be worth the wait. As being crowned "The Next NWA" by west coast legends Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Game, these guys are living up to their hype. Ab-Soul has a very wacky style but not in a bad way; and shows his true calling in the remix for "Black Lip Bastard."
