Today's delivery is brought to you by Poets of Thought. This "group" is really just one man by the name of Paul Hunter who, in the late 90's released quite a bit of amazing instrumental work. Much like Thievery Corporate, he borrowed so many different sounds, from across the globe which can make it a bit difficult to narrow down exactly what genre they are going for. But ultimately that's a good "problem" to have; especially if your audience has eclectic tastes. The track mixes a funk, dub, turntablism and mild house and you are left with one of the best cohesive mixtures you'll ever come across in the musical realm. And, I guess, the best/easiest genre classification would be "liquid funk". Check out the track and chill….

This online music publication has become my outlet to spread all genres of music to those impressionable people, much like me. And, much like you, i'm often literally waiting for the drop....
