While I can't yell "New Tigallo! New Tigallo! New Tigallo!" in regards to new music from the North Carolina rapper, I can enthusiastically yell "new visuals for a Tigallo jam", which isn't nearly as catchy and is quite a mouthful (try saying that five times fast). Nevertheless, Phonte (former member of the now defunct hip hop group Little Brother and 1/2 of the R&B/hip hop duo Foreign Exchange) has served up some visuals for a standout track off his universally acclaimed debut solo effort Charity Starts At Home. Featured in the video are producer 9th Wonder (who also produced the track and several other records on the album) and fellow Southern gentleman Big K.R.I.T. In the absence of Evidence, Phontigallo gets some assistance from his number one fan, Momma Tigallo, who effortlessly lip-syncs Evidence's verse.
