With his debut release Seeing Her Naked still fresh in listeners' minds, Mar recently was a guest on the Nina Simone (A)Live Sessions. Known for his Variations cover project, Mar was called upon to offer up a Nina Simone cover for the event . The versatile and talented Amsterdam native performed a live reworking of R&R/jazz songstress Nina Simone's jazzy up-beat tune "Just In Time." In the video, the young singer/musician delivers a tempered and emotive acoustic re-imagining of Simone's original number.
