Oh shit, what's this!? Four Tet, the sly old dog, just blew up the internet by dropping a track with little warning, or promotion (he doesn't need it), on Soundcloud from a new collaboration between him and the man like Burial. Following hot on the heels from the release of Burial's recent Kindred EP it seems like we are now going to be treated to a new two track release on Kieran Hebden's Text Records. Nova is on a straight-up 4×4 vibe with the signature Burial vocals creeping, oh so softly, in the background, Four Tet bringing us his bright but melancholic piano work, and there's even a bit of bird song in there. It's lovely, mate. No release date yet but keep 'em peeled: this one is sure to be a very limited, vinyl only, pressing.
