Baffled, I am, as to why Submerse is not better known. He is a purveyor of some of the most contemporary and absorbing garage tracks I've come across in a long long time and his production always has an ambient edge. This may be a clue as to why he hasn't broken into the loud banger mainstream market just yet. It's all good though, as long as he keeps making tracks like this then I can see no other way than up and up. I first came across him thanks to the sexy and sultry Luvstep mix which used one of his tracks to finish the mix off and then subsequently saw the track rearing its head on various sites. He keeps his updates regular, so make sure you keep an eye on his Soundcloud.
