With Purple Naked Ladies out on digital release and a physical release set for the very end of this month, Syd the Kid and Matt Martian offer up a visual interpretation of "Fastlane", directed by Matt Alonzo. Syd's eerily laid-back vocals contrast the song's concept of getting as much as you can while you've got the chance — living life in the fastlane, essentially. And Martian is on point with clean and catchy production. If you don't like the song, which sounds oddly like Michael Jackson's "I Can't Help It", you will find the video intriguing at the very least.
