John Roman – Sing! Remixes EP

TO stand up – John Roman released a remix EP this month for his single Sing!, and the remix package employs some of the most au courant talent the city has to offer. Six strong and it comes with a lot of variety, from Poupon's percussive tech house mania to the dark tribal voodoo by halved Toronto native Meati. Not to leave out a mention for Milt Mortez's remix of Akabna, it sounds like martial art pop couched in the robotic intricacies of future sounds. But the dance floor spinner here is the remix by John's oldschool revival Loopjack, which deserves to be on a B-side of an early 90s Adeva EP.
