Last week, Fake Blood released his Used Vol. 1 mix via Mad Decent. A mere eight days later, he's back with more tasty crate-digging for you to sip on with Used Vol. 2. The tone of this mix isn't much different from that of the first, very chilled out, so if you enjoyed the first, definitely give this a listen, and if you haven't listened to either yet, give both a try. They're not too long, clocking in at about an hour each, and they make for a great soundtrack for lazy summer days. These mixes are constructed from "original (no reissues or compilations) LPs and 45s from a wide range of genres spanning the mid 60?s to the early 80's" and consist of tracks that have been previously "used" in hip hop, so you'll find many of these samples oddly familiar. Excited to see future volumes!
