Host and producer, Cole Cuchna, examines and analyzes the masterpieces of hip hop in an academic manner. He researches music theory, music samples, and lyrical meanings and finds a way to create enticing content for series. In the past few seasons, Cuchna has forensically dissected albums like Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Lauryn Hill's The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, and Frank Ocean's Blonde.

There are 20 episodes of the season that includes an introductory first few episodes covering his career before his 2017 album.

Kung Fu Kenny's DAMN is the first hip hop album in history to have every single song certified Gold or above.

Episode 2 of the season dropped this morning on Spotify.
