Multi-platinum selling rappers, Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, and Roddy Ricch all scored big this year in terms of nominations for the upcoming 2020 BET Awards. Toronto's Drake (6), Houston's Megan (5), and Compton's Roddy also earns five separate mentions in Best Male Hip Hop Artist, Video of The Year, Best New Artist, Album of The Year, and fan favorite, Viewer's Choice categories, respectively.

"Dark Lane Demo Tapes" composer, Drake earns double nominations in both the Best Collaboration, and Viewer's Choice categories for his duets w/ Chris Brown ("No Guidance"), and Future ("Life Is Good"). The Billboard record-breaking megastar always earns nods for Best Male Hip Hop Artist, and Video Of The Year.
Tina Snow, aka Meg The Stallion lands at five nods with Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, Album of the Year, Video of the Year, and Best Collaboration. The Roc Nation signed femcee's "Suga" rang bells earlier this year, with her chart-topping hit, "Savage", and it's Beyonce' assisted remix.
Grammy award winner, Roddy Ricch, who took home a prized phonogram this past February for Best Rap / Sung Collaboration; inherit of his duo with the late Nipsey Hussle, "Racks In The Middle", has had a stellar year. His debut LP, Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial has been certified platinum, boasting five top 40 hits on Billboard's Hot 100 including "The Box" which peaked at #1 earlier this year.
