It's a new year, a new season and most importantly a new chapter for Ibiza. With the opening of Hï Ibiza taking Space's place – it's sister club Ushuaïa is ready to begin it's sixth year on the beaches of Playa D'en Bossa, with an invasion of ANTS. Proud to return to their rightful home of Ushuaïa for their fifth year as Saturday residents, ANTS are hosting a royal celebration in honour of the star of this years season – the Queen ANT which has been crowned to celebrate the colony fight. With God Save The Queen as their royal cry, the ANTS are ready to rule.
Ibiza isn't the only place the ANTS have spread their musical prowess. They've taken over worldwide on a winter tour – seeing shows in Dubai, Hong Kong, Spain and Switzerland before finally climaxing at London's O2 Academy in Brixton for their biggest London showcase to date. The ANTS were also seen on the slops of Austria for world renowned Snowbombing Fesitval – as well as taking things to the states for Electric Zoo.
Running from 3rd June to 30th September, an incredible display of talented names in House and Techno join master of moods – Andrea Oliva. Taking 10 dates of the residency ahead the man himself leads the way, whilst Groove Armada and Maya Jane Coles will also see their names at the forefront of several nights. Joining them are heroes not only in Ibiza but in the colony itself – Nic Fanciulli, Joris Voorn, Kölsch and Steve Lawler. ANTS is an embodiment of these colony members – promising to deliver a stellar summer of unforgiving, slick and powerful music for everyone wishing to join the invasion – new or old.
