Cork-hailing rising experimental electronic-pop artist HANNAHBELLA has released her highly anticipated debut EP, Parasite. A fearless dive into the complexities of human emotion, the EP showcases her striking blend of glitchy hyper-pop, techno beats, and alt-rock elements.
Teaming up with producer Jessica Richardson (WhenTheBeatIsBad), Parasite is an intense yet playful sonic experience. HANNAHBELLA describes it as an exploration of the darker, often suppressed facets of human experience—depression, anxiety, grief, and love. “I wanted to create something beautifully chaotic, mirroring the internal struggle of finding peace within the mess,” she shares. Despite its heavy themes, the EP carries an underlying thread of strength and hope.
