Inspired by a whirlwind encounter and the allure of an intense connection, the personal track brims with a sense of mystery and warmth as raw lyrics shine amid shimmering sonics. Intimate and expansive all at once, the track hones into a signature experimental approach with its genre-bending blend of alt, pop, and folk.
Speaking of the inspiration behind the track, lead singer Art Ross says, “I remember coming home from that trip and telling Aaron I was in love.He, of course, thought I was simply being very lesbian and this fascination would die down after some time apart. But it didn’t and we spent the next year in a long-distance relationship.”
