Veteran grime emcee Manga Saint Hilare got us hitting the gym a few months ago with his hard-hitting "Lyrical Exercise" track and now he returns with another banger titled "Alarm Bells". The grime-drill-infused track sees him teaming up with UK rap luminaries JME, P Money and MoreNight to create the perfect storm that clears any doubts about the authenticity of the genre. The production is made up of boisterous crunchy drums, haunting bell synths with cinematic effects peppered with a no-holds-barred performance from these time-tested emcees.
