Just in time for the summer, Revalation & GoD iLLa release the visuals to their single "Dreamchaser" featuring vocalist Eli Greene off their acclaimed album RevILLutionAries. The Putty Productions-produced track focuses on the daily struggles we face in order to achieve personal goals, and sees both rappers employing double-time cadences and candid lyrics that listeners can relate to. GoD iLLa sets the tone with his laidback vocal tone and talks about being stuck in a rat race and in a daily rut. This is followed by Revalation's gruff flow mixed with bravado and intensity, while Eli Greene delivers a smooth, melodic chorus underpinned by the poignant message of self-determination and resilience in the face of never-ending hurdles.
The storyline of the video is based on a teenage girl chasing her dream of becoming a visual artist. We see her working odd jobs and doing chores to save up before getting a full scholarship to one of the top art schools in the country. It was shot by Larren Witter.
