The heavy beat that carries the singer's dulcet vocals marches forward relentlessly throughout the song, as if to signal Belle's unwavering spirit and confidence. And once she delivers the last of her manifesto through the lyrics, the groove continues on in an upbeat outro punctuated by an echoing, distorted refrain and a crisp beat.
"Luxury" is Belle's latest release following a handful of singles dropped this year, including "Dimensions" and "Senses." In 2017, she released her debut EP Loved & Lost, and followed it up with her Dreamstate EP in 2018. Hailing from Long Island, New York, the 21-year-old boasts over 900K Spotify streams and is only gaining more steam.
