The best party at sea, Holy Ship! is gearing up for each of its two sailings in January 2019. Presented in collaboration between HARD Events, Cloud 9 Adventures and The Bowery Presents, the iconic dance music voyage offers a scene-leading lineup for its twelfth and thirteenth editions. The Norwegian Cruise Line will once again host ShipFam aboard the luxurious Norwegian Epic, with the four night 12.0 sailing January 5-9, 2019 immediately followed by the three night 13.0 sailing January 9-12, 2019. From dusk to dawn, poolside to beachfront, Holy Ship! continues its legacy of delivering forward-thinking electronic music programming in unmatched oceanic locales. Attendees will chart their course from Port Canaveral on the crystal-blue seas of the Caribbean with the live soundtrack provided by some of the world’s most in-demand artists.
And for those of you lucky enough to be going, today EARMILK has a special treat for you: the tenth edition of Holy Ship's official mixtape series, professionally curated by non other than Mr. Christian Martin himself.
As one of the original members of the San Franciso-based Dirtybird Records (along with his brother Justin, Worthy, and Claude VonStroke), C. Martin is partly responsible for the surge in popularity of bass house, and shaping the sound of modern house and tech-house music. To this day, the original Dirtybird crew remains fully intact and as close knit as ever – traversing the globe, releasing records, and throwing the best parties in their wake. That said, the set above, while certainly fueled by many recent bangin' track selections, is mixed by a master of the trade whose roots in DJing began in the mid 90s. Moreover, the mix is perfectly representative of the sound and quality one will receive on Holy Ship! this year.
