Toronto-based artist Desiire has been on our radar for a minute now. It looks like he is planning to make 2018 his best year yet. Having just released his mini album As I Go Along in February – which features standouts "Reckless", "Questions", "Mind Body Soul", and "Motions", he is right back at with a new single titled "The Chase".
The Paper Tiger produced cut is a smooth, somewhat upbeat jam that has this natural bounce thanks to these dreamy, abrupt bursts of what seems to be a mix of keys and strings. Desiire effortlessly switches between a raspy flow and his velvet smooth vocals.
"The Chase" is the first single from Desiire's U4IA project. Based on this first release, it's evident that U4IA is a project that should be on everyone's radar.
