Viktor Vaughn makes an appearance on ‘The Missing Notebook Rhymes’

Adult Swim, through efforts like the Adult Swim Singles Program, has always made an attempt to give innovative and provocative artists a platform to release fresh content. The month of August signified the start of their partnership with legendary rapper MF Doom to release a collection of tracks from upcoming projects and songs he's featured on as a compilation album entitled The Missing Notebook Rhymes. This continues Adult Swim's legacy with the artist, following up 2005's collaboration with Dangermouse The Mouse and the Mask.

This week marks the return of Doom's alter ego Viktor Vaughn for an appearance on "Notebook 05". Doom's (er, Vaughn's?) vocals flow rapidly over a beat that marches triumphantly over horns and strings. It's an excellent cure for the mid week blues and is sure to kick you back to the last time you heard Vaudeville Villain.
