We've been enjoying music from Moon Boots for what feels like a long time. It might just be that we've seen him grow into himself over the years, starting in indie and nu disco in 2011 and evolving into a refined music-maker that we look to for modern moody, emotive deep beats in present day 2017. Today, the Brooklyn producer and DJ has affirmed his confidence in the brand he has created by announcing that after years of singles and remixing, he'll be releasing an album. Entitled First Landing, we've gotten a peak at what to expect via the album's first single, debuting the project today. "Keep the Faith" is some of the best we've seen from Moon Boots to date: funky, soulful, groovy instrumentals and retro vocals from Nic Hanson, the track is a stunner and a brilliant choice to lead the path to First Landing. As the rest of the album, the single is out via Moon Boots's longtime home of Anjunadeep.
First Landing will be released on August 4th.
