In the midst of his Journey Tour, Seven Lions has released a beautiful new track with Echos via Monstercat. "Cold Skin" is classic Seven Lions with its ethereal sound, little glimmers of bass and stunning guest vocals. The collaboration comes at a peak time for up-and-coming duo Echos as they begin to rise in the electronic music scene and working with such a well-known artist certainly helps.
As with most Seven Lions singles, "Cold Skin" gives the listener a feeling of calm before it moves into the "heavier" portion. The addition of fluttering piano along with Echos' Lexi Norton's vocals adds to the beauty and lightness of the track. Goosebumps are bound to occur.
