Swiss DJ/producer EDX is really churning out the hits this summer! Currently finishing up his first major North American tour Roadkill, the talented DJ has already dropped a number of solid Deep House songs this year, with "Touch Her, Feel Her" and titular track "Roadkill" getting serious airplay. Now, EDX is taking things in a decidedly deeper and funkier direction, with his divine rework of a Groove Armada classic hit "My Friend." The track will be available on August 22 on Spinnin’ Records, but today, Earmilk has the premiere just for you.

Originally dropped on good friend and label mate Nora En Pure’s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix debut last month, ‘My Friend’ is further testament to EDX’s ability to put a deep spin on anything he sets his sights on. Layering the chilled vocals against a hypnotic beat, mesmerizing synths and squelching bass, EDX delivers yet again.
