It's been a long time coming and it's finally arrived via Mad Decent in time for the summer festival season, the long awaited collaboration between EDM superstars Dillon Francis and NGHTMRE. Together, the moombahton king and Icon Collective alumni bring forward electronic greatness that's sure to bump at your upcoming festival. Taking elements of moombahton's punchy drum work and elasitized bass lines in combination with NGHTMRE's ecclectic and precise sound design, the producers have birthed an undeniable festival hit. "Need You" had recently premiered on Beats 1 with Zane Lowe but for almost a year has been teased at both producer's sets.

A 90's inspired house vocal kicks off the track to a smooth and wavey start, eventually interrupted by hype reggaeton inserts. Powerful snare kicks and NGHTMRE's signature rolling growls peak into the track over the vocals. Lazer-imitating synths weave themselves in to perk up the drop with a sparkling bass-line. The bass heavy and hard-hitting banger shines through in so many ways, elaborating the skill and creativity of both producers in "Need You".
