Like most people, when I think of Rosegold, it immediately brings to mind things of luxury; wristbands to high end watches, jewelry, and of course, the iPhone 6. It's extremely easy to associate these things with celebrity and a "better" life, and while those do leave something to aspire to, the road to riches isn't always glitter and gold. Farma approaches this concept by straddling the line between the woes and joys of maintaining this image while on the come up.

The rappers satirical tone throughout makes it hard to tell if he believes the headache is more than it's worth. However, the chorus keeps things resolute as Farma sums up by chanting "Gotta get them hundreds my nigga, gotta get that bread/ cause mami-osa told me aye papi gotta get that bread." Unfortunately, this track will be included on any upcoming projects, but his EP that should be dropping soon, Cartier, is still something you will want to keep a lookout for.
