I don't really know what to write about Salva. There's not really an easy route to take; I can't focus 100% on his dancefloor sensibilities, because I'm sure the man can keep a dancefloor hot, but that's not the only trick up his sleeve. He's got slick production that makes his tracks equally appropriate to listen to at home. There are "drops" but they're not the dubstep drops that immediately come to mind when you hear the word. They carry hints of twinkling ambient music without losing their accessibility. Just when you think you've got the track all figured out, something new happens and you're drawn in again. Also, despite the "dubstep" label that seems to be given to Salva on most of the websites-I-reference-when-I'm-genre-clueless, this feels more like glitch-hop or garage to me; I guess this fits into that weird category that the kids are calling "post-dubstep."
