NYC based producer Wolf Colony is known for his emotionally charged electronic music and being anonymous, but this new remix of his track "Holy" by duo Jordan James and Night Trevors makes him less so. We can see why he's listed himself as "emotional electronic," but the duo did a flawless job of retaining the original track's unique flow, while adding something different and airy.
This remix is air, with a floaty soundscape that is rich in light beats and artistically monotone vocals. But just when you think it'll just remain mired in the moody, it picks up into what can only be described as a veritable alternative dance anthem with furry wolf masks and all.
