If you're not familiar with Kodaline, they're a Dublin-based Irish rock band made up of a singer, guitarist, bassist and drummer who seek experimentation and challenge through sprawling music with electronic elements as well as live instrumental elements. Their next single, "Honest," is out February 1st ahead of a full album project with further details to be announced. Today, we get a first listen to one of the remixes due out on the record to be distributed by RCA Records. Done by an artist whose mysterious identity has started to pique listeners interest online, Kid Arkade, the newly envisioned track has modern electro and progressive club house elements. The break down of the synths in this remix really are rock influenced, lending the whole work well to Kodaline's vocals. Check it out below.
