Hip hop submissions are difficult. More than in any other genre, people send in music without being quite ready for what they are trying to achieve. It ends with a lot of sloppy rhymers who haven't quite cultivated their talent that well, but with the attitude that they are King Kendrick.
However, some people come in bring in great flow that its easy to fall in love with their songs. Cash the Dead Man seems to be one of these artists that slipped through and made an impression, not because they sent in a special press release, but because this song "Plan B" highlights his special voice and style that is hard to resist.
