It's always great to see someone exceed the expectations you had of them, and London's Juna Cosmos is no different. Of course, we knew that he was a supremely talented producer, having heard his work being rapped over by long time friend and collaborator Paper Plates. Recently however, the young beatsmith has shown that being a whizzkid on the boards isn't the only feather in his cap, and that he's a pretty mean emcee too.

Last month's release of his first single "Da Vinci Prophet" might've surprised a few people, and the shocks just keep on going, as we bring you the exclusive premiere of his new track and video! "Balc Baby" is the second release from his upcoming Mindless EP, and showcases a more trap influenced side to Juna. Backed by a simple yet spooky, 808 laced beat, with crunchy snares and shuffling hi hats, the London native comes through with an un-complicated flow, which is really easy to follow, whilst lyrically delivering a masterclass in how you can be so straightforward yet incredibly catchy. The lyrical content reflects Juna's own thoughts on where he's at right now, and that he sees himself as one of the best, which shows the immense confidence he has in himself and his abilities.
You can peep the visuals for "Balc Baby" below, and be sure to keep an eye out for the Mindless EP which is due out this summer.
