NYC based producer MANIK has come out with another exceptional track in his rework/edit series. For his 10th installment he provides a slow and groovy reworking of Drake’s “Hold On, We’re Going Home.” Manik has a knack for creating songs that expand beyond the dance floor and while still appealing to the masses. Pulsating mid-level synths and a low-key kick push percussion bed is woven throughout the track as Drake’s vocals reverberate, making your cerebellum smile from ear to ear.
MANIK is definitely an artist on our spotlight as he quickly rises to the top. This year he headlined the Gotta Dance Dirty stage at EDC New York and he is on the bill for the 6th annual Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival in early November.
