The guys behind BangOn! NYC have brought us everything from large 3D music festivals to smaller curated deep house events. Now they present us with the latest addition to their increasingly popular events series: ELEMENTS. BangOn! will kick off the outdoor music and art festival on Saturday September 21st at the Gowanus Bay Industrial Waterfront. The event will feature four different stages each curated with art installations to reflect the four elements: Earth, Wind, Water and Fire. The Earth stage will feature DJ’s surrounded by 30-foot rock and dirt mountain formations, which will be projected on the video platforms and presented to you by NYC’s Lil Charlie’s. Over at the Water stage there will be deep house and techno bumping into the night, while water and ocean themed 3D images play on the longstanding bulk carrier situated on the pier.  The Wind stage will host the silent disco inside an abandoned grain silo and the Fire stage will play host to some heady Bass & Glitch-Hop music equipped with jungle-themed decorations, an LED pixel wall and special lighting effects. There will also be food trucks, art cars, jewelry vendors, rides, slides & aerial performances. If you are looking for a way to close out the summer in proper fashion you won’t want to miss this. You can purchase tickets here and see below for full lineup and location details. See you there!

Location:  South Red Hook Grain Elevator 699 Columbia St, Brooklyn NY 11231.  There will be 6 large passenger buses running from the Smith/9th st F/G train, or it’s a charming 18 minute walk. You can also take the NY Water Taxi to IKEA, and walk 7 minutes to the festival.
