Rapsody is as sharp as ever on this new cut, appropriately titled, "Jedi Code," from her DJ Drama-hosted mixtape She Got Game, and she brings two of raps most enigmatic–and lyrically versed–figures with her. This is the rap purists pine for. Not a single bar is out of place; each MC showcases a meticulous flow that is the sign of a craftsman. 9th Wonder remains true to form, bringing his signature soul chops and a sick breakdown as well. There is no weak link here, but Jay Electronica wins with "It's a Roc Nation, Jay Electronic extravaganza, the fans needed oxygen masks for every stanza." Hopefully we can expect more from him soon?
