Start your weekend off right with this 54th edition of The Club, providing you with the best of the rest in progressive, electro and house over the past two weeks. This week was full of releases of tracks you might have already known and loved for a long time, like Third Party’s remix of Red Hot Chili Pepper’s “Otherside” that was debuted back in 2011 and last year’s Dash Berlin bootleg of Band of Horses’s “The Funeral.” If anything, these releases remind us again why we love these tracks. The latest EP from American producer MitiS is something a lot of us look for in releases: great diversity in sound. With the motto “I just wanna share good music,” MitiS has mastered everything from house to drum & bass, and displays those talents beautifully on Open Window. Truly telling a story in four tracks, we’re eased into the EP with “The Opening,” and get a taste of laidback electro house and vocal drum and bass on with Anna Yvette. If you’ve never heard of MitiS before, Open Window is a great introduction.

Dutch duo Sickindividuals have quite an affinity for remixing. In the recent past, they’ve linked up with other producers like NERVO, Thomas Gold and Hardwell to release consistently head-banging dance remixes. Even over the past two weeks, the guys have put up two impressive remixes on their Soundcloud. Putting their own spin on “I Choose U” by Timeflies and Rihanna and David Guetta’s “Right Now,” they’ve reinvigorated two tracks to be seriously dancefloor ready.

Miami-based club producer Klaud has officially entered the music scene with the release of his debut EP. The Miami-based producer has put together a collection of 3 tracks on Oasis, that is available for free download via Soundcloud until its official release on Bash Records next week. Oasis has certainly added to the up and coming producer’s resume, along with recent performances at Ultra Music Festival (and an upcoming show at Santos Party House in NYC), and his own Soundcloud-based podcast Progressive Area.

British progressive up and comer Ashley Wallbridge has broadened his style with a debut release on Avicii's Le7els recordings. Still keeping the piano-focused composition that he's built his career on so far, "Crush" has what at first listen sounds like a simple melodic progression, but actually has a lot of depth, ebbing and flowing between feeling melancholy and uplifting in quite an intriguing manner. After this release, we're very interested to see what Wallbridge does next.
