Here is a video from London-based producer SBTRKT that may make you want to reconsider your next trip to the discount hair salon. "Trials of the Past" comes off his 2011 self-titled debut, and is definitely a visual departure away from "Wildfires" and "Pharaohs". The video features things you thought you'd only ever have to see in a Saw movie, and it's a little hard to stomach, but if I was a hybrid human requiring this kind of surgery I'd hope it would at least be set to a soundtrack like this one.
