Indie rock fans may have just acquired a new ballad, because Boston's very own Jonny Tex has opened the floodgates on a new high-concept EP, and it's not to be missed.
"Mustard Seeds" is the laid-back euphoria of indie rock with a layer of grit in the chug of the guitar as the chorus kicks in.
With a vocal melody that builds a quiet, pulsing anticipation for each next note, when he asks, “are you listening?” the answer is an unequivocal yes.
