SHARKTANK explore indie, electronica and synth pop on stunning new album “3”

Sharktank, the genre-bending trio of Katrin Paucz, Mile Lechner, and Marco Kleebauer, are poised to redefine pop & indie music, with the release of their third album, 3.

Known for their unique blend of synth-pop, rap, and experimental sampling, Sharktank has captivated international audiences, selling out tours and gracing major European festivals. This new offering leans into raw yet polished soundscapes, prioritizing sonic exploration over lyrical narrative, balancing organic elements with artificial structures. As we noted before, they are "creators of a laid-back, easygoing and sophisticated yet jazzy style of music, This is a band operating completely in their own lane." 3 sets the stage for their inaugural headline European tour in October and November 2025, further solidifying their position as fearless innovators in contemporary music.

The new album blends elements from alt pop, indie and electronic music with a blissful ease. The lead single "Crash" is a pure and succinct example of their sound, with a raw and live energetic feel. There's also tracks like "Dangerous" which work from breakbeat, electronic influences before layering irresistable pop vocals. The contrast between two different vocalists works wonderfuly, the juxtaposition between male and female lead vox is a gorgeous layer to add to this equation
