Fred again… has shared a remix of his collaborative track with PlaqueBoyMax and Skepta, "Victory Lap", now featuring Denzel Curry. The infectious original track debuted on June 17 during an unannounced livestream set in New York from the Grammy-winning London artist alongside Skepta and New Jersey's PlaqueBoyMax, and the new remix, "Victory Lap Two", continues to bring forth a blazing, energizing sound with the welcome addition of influential Florida rapper Denzel Curry. Characterized by its blend of electronic, trap, dance, and Southern hip-hop influences, the bristling track provides an adrenaline-fueled listen while keeping its style fun and danceable.
"Victory Lap Two" features infectious samples of Doechii and Rico Nasty's "Swamp B***hes," which open the track before rumbling bass and expansive percussion lock in a powerful groove. Rising, gritty synths add further layers to the track, as turbo-charged verses from Skepta build upon the track's muscular feel. Denzel Curry follows up with hard-hitting, sharply focused verses, while displaying a natural chemistry with Skepta.
"Victory Lap Two" finds Fred again… recruiting Denzel Curry to an already stacked line-up to enhance the track's expressive, energizing feel, making for a catchy, trunk-knocking track.
